It has been a little too long since our last post! We’ve been busy running the coaching practice but today are excited to get back to the blog with an update that has been a long time coming: the official launch of our Service Areas page.

Eels Professional Development Is Growing From the beginning, Eels has been built around one idea: serious, practical coaching for people who lead or are ready to lead. Whether that means executive coaching for a senior leader navigating a complex organization, career coaching for a professional at a crossroads, or leadership development for a team that needs to perform at a higher level, we meet people where they are and build from there. And now, more than ever, we are meeting people in more places.

Serving Leaders Across the Northeast and Beyond We are proud to formally introduce our service area footprint, which now spans five states and seventeen cities. In Connecticut, we work with leaders in Hartford, West Hartford, Farmington, Glastonbury, Stamford, Greenwich, Fairfield, Norwalk, Bridgeport, and New Haven. In Massachusetts, we serve professionals in Boston, Worcester, and Springfield. Rhode Island leaders can find us in Providence. We work in New York, including NYC and Albany. And through our partnership with Nino Granatiero, we proudly serve the Charleston, South Carolina market as well.

One of the things that sets Eels apart is our commitment to a hybrid coaching model. While we offer fully virtual engagements for professionals across the country, we believe that the most impactful coaching often happens in the room. In a geography as densely connected as the Northeast, where Hartford, Boston, Providence, and New York City are all within driving distance of each other, our ability to show up in person is a real advantage.

We promote hybrid coaching because relationships built in person tend to go deeper and produce better results. Our clients in Fairfield County, the Greater Boston area, the Albany region, and throughout Connecticut benefit from a coach who can sit across the table when it matters most, then stay connected virtually between sessions.

For our Charleston clients, Nino brings that same local presence to the Southeast. He’s grounded in the community, available in person, and backed by decades of executive experience.
