OUR FOUNDER
Meet Jose Samayoa, Founder and President.
Jose Samayoa is the founder and president of Eels Professional Development. He has had a diverse career journey filled with professional experiences from both private and public sectors.
Jose most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of a successful personal injury law firm in Connecticut where he oversaw all operational and human resources activities. Prior, he was with a Fortune 300 company from 2013 to 2024 where he held many roles across different business functions and rose from an individual contributor to a senior manager-level position.
The foundation of his professional journey was set during his military service, where he was proudly enlisted in the United States Navy from 2006-2012. Jose holds a bachelor's degree from Johnson and Wales University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
