Meet Jose Samayoa, Founder and Principal.
Founder Jose Samayoa brings a career built on leading through real conditions - six years in the United States Navy, senior leadership at a Fortune 300 company, and Chief Operating Officer of a leading Connecticut law firm. With an MBA from the University of Connecticut, Jose translates hard-won experience into practical strategies you can apply immediately. No theoretical frameworks, just real lessons from real successes and failures.
