We’re expanding one of our coaching plans.

Our Veteran & First-Generation Coaching plan is now Veteran, First-Generation & Visa-Sponsored Professional Coaching.

Why the change?

Because professionals building careers in the United States while navigating the realities of visa sponsorship can face challenges that go well beyond doing their jobs. Visa-sponsored and international professionals come to the United States through a variety of employment pathways. That can include professionals working in specialty occupations on H-1B visas, executives and managers transferring to U.S. operations on L-1A visas, employees with specialized knowledge on L-1B visas, individuals with extraordinary ability or achievement on O-1 visas, professionals from Canada and Mexico working under TN status, and eligible professionals working under E-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B1, or J-1 classifications. While each person’s immigration and employment situation is different, many share the experience of building a career while also learning how to navigate the new culture, expectations, and relationships of where they are.

Understanding the workplace culture. Learning the unspoken expectations of a new professional environment. Building confidence and executive presence. Developing relationships and networks. And figuring out how to navigate a career when some of the rules, norms, and opportunities may be unfamiliar.

We believe these professionals deserve the same kind of individualized support we’ve committed to providing others who are in similar positions.
